The experience at SERE Motors Belfast was good because Joanne looked after me from first walking through the doors to helping fix a slight issue with the boot before I took ownership of the chosen vehicle. Joanne was excellent in communicating and keeping me up to date on the progress and when I could collect my new vehicle. On the day of collection Joanne spent time showing how the touchscreen dashboard worked and how to connect my phone ect.
